Yes, this is the absolutely the correct OEM spark plug used on a 2003 Acura 3.5RL and don't let any grease monkey sell you that aftermarket junk that's worth $1.26 per plug because it's an expensive motor to be skipping on. There are also many counterfeit parts and plugs all over the place so study up and be careful. Also check your ignition coil if the engine starts to shake you may need new ones of both. After installing it will take off like a rocket. 1). Remove the cross bar 2 bolts 4 screws, 2). Remove the emblem cover 3 bolts 2 srews, 3). Unsnap the electrical plug and remove 2 bolts pop off, 4). Unscrew spark plug with socket extension ratchet. Use 8, 10 & 12mm socket.
